              East European Coalition is a non-profit organization created to unite the Eastern European Communities in Oregon and SW Washington
and promote Eastern European culture.  Initial projects include the annual Russian-speaking Youth Leadership Conference and Russian Festival, community advocacy, and promotion of East European culture and languages.
