Vadim Riskin, President
Mr. Riskin, an immigrant from the former Soviet Union, has been a leader in the Eastern European community for decades.  An original founder of the Russian Speaking Youth Leadership Conference 24 years ago and a long-time employee with Portland Public Schools and North Clackamas School District, Mr. Riskin has been given numerous awards and has gained much recognition for his work with the community.

Michael Gourski, Treasurer
Mr. Gourski, an immigrant, has been an employee with Portland International School and other K-12 educational institutions.  He has been an integral part of the East European Youth Leadership Conference since the beginning, assisting with budgets and finance as well as facility procurement.
